Basic Couching Embroidery Online Workshops - 2021 Dates

This is a ticket for a two hour online hand embroidery workshop which will take place on Zoom which is a really easy to use platform for online meetings (this is something you must have access to in order to do the workshop).
Information on how to download this and what you will need for the workshop will be sent via email once your purchase is completed.

SATURDAY 6TH FEBRUARY 2021, 16:00-18:00 UK time
What will you learn?
In this workshop you will learn a traditional hand embroidery technique called Couching, which is a technique Lora uses a lot in her work

You can purchase a Workshop Kit for an extra £5 (plus postage costs); please purchase this as a separate item on my shop.
This can only be sent to students who buy tickets over a week in advance, and depends on where you are in the world, please contact Lora if you are concerned about this being delivered on time.
The Kit will include:
- A square of calico (roughly 20x30cm)
- 1 x embroidery needle
- A length of embroidery thread
- A variety of small strips of materials to use in the workshop such as braid, ribbon, wool yarn, and fabric strips
In additional equipment you will need:
- Small sharp scissors
- A pencil
- A smalle (6 inch) sewing hoop
- A reel of standard sewing thread
(one or a couple of different colours if you have them)

We can refund your ticket up to one week in advance of the day of your workshop.
If you cannot make it to the class and you ask for a refund after that time we will not be able to refund your ticket. It may be possible to transfer your ticket to a future workshop date, and there will be a recording of each class which can be sent to you, this is subject to availability.
